Submission & Publication

The call for papers will open on January 15th and remain open until May 18th. Authors will receive acceptance notifications by June 20th. Accepted abstracts may be expanded into full papers, incorporating feedback from the review process and discussions held at the symposium. Full papers should be submitted by January 2027 and will undergo double-blind peer review. Upon acceptance, they will be published in the conference proceedings, as part of the Springer book collection "Digital Innovations in Architecture, Engineering and Construction".

Abstracts should be 800-1000 words and provide sufficient information to contextualise the work within the scope of the symposium, establish its scholarly contribution to the relevant fields, outline the methodology employed, and present the key findings along with their significance. If abstracts include references, these won’t count for the word limit.

The submission platform will be available soon, along with information on registration fees.
